Noventra provides an online educational platform offering group sessions, individual lessons, personalised learning paths, and live interaction with instructors. The availability, format, and scheduling of sessions may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Session Participation
When participating in live or recorded sessions, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward instructors and other participants. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a session and suspension of your account without refund.
4.3 Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software meet the technical requirements necessary to access and use the platform. Noventra does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and accepts no liability for disruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available on the platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, images, text, graphics, and instructional resources, is the property of Noventra or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from Noventra.
6. User-Generated Content
If you submit, post, or share any content through the platform - including messages, feedback, assignments, or contributions to group sessions - you grant Noventra a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display such content as necessary to operate and improve the platform. You represent that you hold all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws. Noventra reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
7. Prohibited Conduct
When using the platform, you agree not to:
- use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or related systems;

Where a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Noventra reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria.

Users are responsible for reviewing these policies prior to booking. Noventra reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions where necessary and will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice in such cases.
